Guided tour of the dairy, the buffalo stables, and the renewable energy biogas plant. At the end of the guided tour, a tasting of cheeses and cold cuts will be served.

Description

The visit begins at the cheese shop where the production of cheeses is explained while observing through the glass windows that separate the shop from the laboratory.

We then proceed on foot to the barn where adult buffaloes and calves can be seen and  farm operations are explained.  We will then take a tour of the renewable energy plant with an explanation of biogas.

The visit ends in the shop's garden where a tasting of farm cheeses and Tuscan salami is served.
