Traditional dishes with a focus on meat. For the first course, hand-stretched pici all'amatriciana, aqua cotta, or potato gnocchi with truffle are all highly recommended!

For the main course, you can't go wrong with steak sirloin, the Florentine steak, or the succulent wild boar alla cacciatora.
