"Let's take a walk to the pier": a familiar phrase in the Castiglionese lexicon. For locals, for passing travelers arriving from land and those by sea, the Molo Sedici (Pier Sixteen) was born, a gourmet restaurant open only for dinner.
A menu expertly created by the executive chef, Andrea Sgrò, combines the two souls of the territory, that of land and that of the sea. At its foundation is a careful selection of raw ingredients, with a constant search for the best quality and authenticity of flavors, mainly among local producers who respect the territory and their products. Original cooking and combinations allow you to discover an unusual and refined Maremma, with references to the rest of Italy and to the world. A fusion of taste, flavor, liveliness of colors and brilliant compositions.
