You will meet your guide in Porto Santo Stefano and take an hour-long ferry where you can admire the magnificent cliffs of the Argentario, the other islands of the Tuscan Archipelago, pelagic birds, and, if we're lucky, marine animals.
Once we reach the port of Giglio, an ancient fishing center, we will take a bus down a beautiful panoramic road to the medieval village of the Castle perched over 400 meters high. We will visit the ancient Pisan fortress and the Church of San Pietro which houses the relics of San Mamiliano.
After visiting the castle, we will start a beautiful hike along the ridge of the island to the Poggio La Chiusa, an exceptional panoramic point that offers breathtaking views of the Port, the Cale delle Cannelle and Caldane. From there, we will continue to the beautiful Cala delle Cannelle.
There will be free time for a possible swim before our return to the port of Giglio then transfer by ferry to the Porto Santo Stefano.
