The villa is located in the pine forest of Roccamare, protected from the summer heat by the shade of the pines.

The pine forest is guarded at the entrance by a 24/7 concierge, and only the owners of the villas can enter.

The villa has direct access to the beach via a small private path. The beach is also private and only visited by the owners of the villas. Thus, even in the high season, it is not crowded with tourists.

The beach is very beautiful, wild, with crystal clear water, and for several years has been awarded the prestigious European Blue Flag award, thanks to the cleanliness of the sea. The seabed drops slowly, so the water level is not immediately high, perfect for children.

Roccamare is famous for some of the most beautiful Tuscan beaches and is characterized by surprising tranquility.

On the beach, 20 meters from the sea, the guests of the villa can use their own private cabin (which can be used as a changing room or to store beach equipment) and table and chairs. The pine forest is frequented by very few cars, and you can tour the forest on bicycle, skates, or jogging its beautiful roads shaded by pine trees and immersed in the Mediterranean scents.
